1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DynInv ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Service Description

DynInv is a Discord bot designed to create secure, one-time use invite links for Discord servers. The Bot's sole purpose is to generate invitation links and does not perform any other functions.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Bot in servers that participate in or facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Doxing (sharing private personal information without consent)
• Scamming or fraudulent activities
• RATting (remote access trojan distribution)
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Distribution of malware or viruses
• Any other illegal activities under applicable laws

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

DynInv does not collect, store, or process any personal data.The Bot is designed with privacy in mind and operates without tracking or storing user information.

2. Information We Don't Collect

The Bot does not collect:

• User personal information
• Message content
• IP addresses
• Usage statistics
• Any other identifying information

3. Server Information

The Bot only accesses server information necessary to create invite links (server ID and channel permissions). This information is not stored or logged in any persistent storage.

4. Data Retention

Since we do not collect any data, there is no data to retain or delete. Invite links are generated on-demand and are not stored after creation.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
